Created around the aromas of Armagnac, we chose to marry them with sents reminiscent of Loubersan’s Castle: Rose and Donut Peach. The park around the castle is mostly planted with fruit bearing trees and bordered by roses, of which we use the dried flowers to agrement the house. It is therefore with the memory of this beloved house that Louis Marie and Magalie created the collab between Ortolan and Cirerie de Gascogne.
